        Artistic Freedom: Creating While IncarceratedJune 26th - August 29th 2025 For this exhibition at East Window Gallery in Boulder, CO, Impact Arts presents works by three artists incarcerated at Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility: Hector Castillo, Sonny Lee, and Mario Rios. All three men are gifted painters and storytellers who use their artwork to convey deep and uncomfortable truths about our system of mass incarceration.         High Walls: Artists Navigate Structures of Confinementwith Redline Contemporary Art Center August 15-October 12, 2025 Impact Arts is proud to be a part of High Walls, a powerful exhibition exploring how space- physical, technological, and imagined- shapes the carceral system. This project is being developed in collaboration with Impact Arts and other local partners working at the intersection of art and justice, including Unbound Authors, ACT Ensemble, Unchained Voices, Mirror Image Arts, Remerg, the Emanuel Project, PhotoVoice, and Colorado Radio for Justice. High Walls opening reception: Friday, August 15, 6-9pm
